0 And David returned to bless his own house: and Michol the daughter of Saul coming out to meet David, said: How glorious was the king of Israel to day, uncovering himself before the handmaids of his servants, and was naked, as if one of the buffoons should be naked.


9 And when the ark of the covenant of the Lord was come to the city of David, Michol the daughter of Saul looking out at a window, saw king David dancing and playing, and she despised him in her heart.


And he appointed Levites to minister before the ark of the Lord, and to remember his works, and to glorify, and praise the Lord God of Israel.


Go, and speak to David my servant: Thus saith the Lord: Thou shalt not build me a house to dwell in.


To give subtilty to little ones, to the young man knowledge and understanding.


O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my offences are not hidden from thee:


2 And he fed them in the innocence of his heart: and conducted them by the skilfulness of his hands.


0 For I am the Lord thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.


and the king's honour loveth judgment. Thou hast prepared directions: thou hast done judgment and justice in Jacob.


4 But I spared them for the sake of my name, lest it should be profaned before the nations, from which I brought them out, in their sight.


I saw the Lord standing upon the altar, and he said: Strike the hinges, and let the lintels be shook: for there is covetousness in the head of them all, and I will slay the last of them with the sword: there shall be no flight for them: they shall flee, and he that shall flee of them shall not be delivered.


1 Juda hath transgressed, and abomination hath been committed in Israel, and in Jerusalem: for Juda hath profaned the holiness of the Lord, which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange God.


6 And he said: Did I not tell thee, that whatsoever God should command me, that I would do?


And when I shall be with you, whomsoever you shall approve by letters, them will I send to carry your grace to Jerusalem.


For they that sleep, sleep in the night; and they that are drunk, are drunk in the night.


A faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.


0 But Josue had commanded the people, saying: You shall not shout, nor shall your voice be heard, nor any word go out of your mouth: until the day come wherein I shall say to you: Cry, and shout.


And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with an iron rod: and her son was taken up to God, and to his throne.
