He was sixteen years old, when he began to reign, and he reigned two and fifty years in Jerusalem: the name of his mother was Jechelia of Jerusalem.


He sitteth in ambush with the rich in private places, that he may kill the innocent.


Unto the end, for the servant of God, David himself. The unjust hath said within himself, that he would sin : there is no fear of God before his eyes.


Surely man passeth as an image : yea, and he is disquieted in vain. He storeth up : and he knoweth not for whom he shall gather these things.


5 Let their habitation be made desolate: and let there be none to dwell in their tabernacles.


9 and thy justice, O God, even to the highest great things thou hast done: O God, who is like to thee?


3 Let them be confounded and come to nothing that detract my soul; let them be covered with confusion and shame that seek my hurt.


9 And blessed be the name of his majesty for ever: and the whole earth shall be filled with his majesty. So be it. So be it.

1 If I shall whet my sword as the lightning, and my hand take hold on judgment: I will render vengeance to my enemies, and repay them that hate me.


Of the doctrine of baptisms, and imposition of hands, and of the resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
