5 Until justice be turned into judgment: and they that are near it are all the upright in heart.


9 Because they have hated instruction and received not the fear of the Lord,


Because the Lord giveth wisdom: and out of his mouth cometh prudence and knowledge.


1 If they shall say: Come with us, let us lie in wait for blood, let us hide snares for the innocent without cause:


The beginning of wisdom, get wisdom, and with all thy possession purchase prudence.


9 For my fruit is better than gold and the precious stone, and my blossoms than choice silver.

1 For by me shall thy days be multiplied, and years of life shall be added to thee.

Howbeit we speak wisdom among the perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, neither of the princes of this world that come to nought;
