9 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power towards us, who believe according to the operation of the might of his power,


With all humility and mildness, with patience, supporting one another in charity.


8 Having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their hearts.


Therefore ought we more diligently to observe the things which we have heard, lest perhaps we should let them slip.


He that shall overcome shall possess these things, and I will be his God; and he shall be my son.


And when he had opened the book, the four living creatures, and the four and twenty ancients fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints:


2 Saying with a loud voice: The Lamb that was slain is worthy to receive power, and divinity, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and benediction.
