7 And all the assembly of them that were returned from the captivity, made tabernacles, and dwelt in tabernacles: for since the days of Josue the son of Nun the children of Israel had not done so, until that day: and there was exceeding great joy.


2 So all the people went to eat and drink, and to send portions, and to make great mirth: because they understood the words that he had taught them.


4 And they found written in the law, that the Lord had commanded by the hand of Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in tabernacles, on the feast, in the seventh month:


And thou didst find his heart faithful before thee: and thou madest a covenant with him, to give him the land of the Chanaanite, of the Hethite, and of the Amorrhite, and of the Pherezite, and of the Jebusite, and of the Gergezite, to give it to his seed: and thou hast fulfilled thy words, because thou art just.


8 And the prince shall not take of the people's inheritance by violence, nor of their possession : but out of his own possession he shall give an inheritance to his sons: that my people be not dispersed every man from his possession.


0 Thou hast devised confusion to thy house, thou hast cut off many people, and thy soul hath sinned.


5 And they told what things were done in the way; and how they knew him in the breaking of the bread.


0 And when he had said this, he shewed them his hands and feet.


3 And they were always in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
