At the scent of water, it shall spring, and bring forth leaves, as when it was first planted.

6 And the priest of Madian had seven daughters, who came to draw water: and when the troughs were filled, desired to water their father's flocks.


7 Incline thy ear, and hear the words of the wise: and apply thy heart to my doctrine :


9 So is the man that hurteth his friend deceitfully: and when he is taken, saith: I did it in jest.


Corrupt men bring a city to ruin: but wise men turn away wrath.


3 Therefore thus saith the Lord God: Behold my servants shall eat, and you shall be hungry: behold my servants shall drink, and you shall be thirsty.


3 As one whom the mother caresseth, so will I comfort you, and you shall be comforted in Jerusalem.


3 And as he was saying these things to them, the Pharisees and the lawyers began violently to urge him, and to oppress his mouth about many things,


9 And another said: I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to try them: I pray thee, hold me excused.


5 For it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.


0 Give to every one that asketh thee, and of him that taketh away thy goods, ask them not again.


5 It is written in the prophets: And they shall all be taught of God. Every one that hath heard of the Father, and hath learned, cometh to me.


9 Jesus answered: I have not a devil: but I honour my Father, and you have dishonoured me.


0 They said therefore to him: How were thy eyes opened?


0 The man answered, and said to them: Why, herein is a wonderful thing, that you know not from whence he is, and he hath opened my eyes.


But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.


Jesus therefore said to them again: Amen, amen I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.


Know you not that the unjust shall not possess the kingdom of God? Do not err: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers,


Are you so foolish, that, whereas you began in the Spirit, you would now be made perfect by the flesh?


2 That you were at that time without Christ, being aliens from the conversation of Israel, and strangers to the testament, having no hope of the promise, and without God in this world.


4 Salute one another with a holy kiss. Grace be to all you, who are in Christ Jesus. Amen.


I will therefore admonish you, though ye once knew all things, that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, did afterwards destroy them that believed not:


For certain men are secretly entered in, (who were written of long ago unto this judgment,) ungodly men, turning the grace of our Lord God into riotousness, and denying the only sovereign Ruler, and our Lord Jesus Christ.


And another angel followed, saying: That great Babylon is fallen, is fallen; which made all nations to drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
