And a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and strength to them that return out of the battle to the gate.

2 They have denied the Lord, and said, It is not he: and the evil shall not come upon us: we shall not see the sword and famine.


8 Therefore hear, ye nations, and know, O congregation, what great things I will do to them.


1 Thus saith the Lord of hosts the God of Israel: Add your burnt offerings to your sacrifices, and eat ye the flesh.


5 We looked for peace and no good came: for a time of healing, and behold fear.


0 Say to them: Thus saith the Lord God: This burden concerneth my prince that is in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel, that are among them.


Israel hath cast off the thing that is good, the enemy shall pursue him.


And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls, playing in the streets thereof.


0 And these are they who are sown upon the good ground, who hear the word, and receive it, and yield fruit, the one thirty, another sixty, and another a hundred.


6 And he sent him into his house, saying: Go into thy house, and if thou enter into the town, tell nobody.


8 He that despiseth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him; the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.


Concerning his Son, who was made to him of the seed of David, according to the flesh,


8 And as they liked not to have God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate sense, to do those things which are not convenient;


6 For if the firstfruit be holy, so is the lump also: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.


And took their land, and delivered it for a possession to h Ruben and Gad, and the half tribe of Manasses.


Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and fulfil them: that you may understand all that you do.


1 As the eagle enticing her young to fly, and hovering over them, he spread his wings, and hath taken him and carried him on his shoulders.
