For the Lord is in the just generation: you have confounded the counsel of the poor man, but the Lord is his hope.


Shew us, O Lord, thy mercy; and grant us thy salvation.


5 And let not Ezechias make you trust in the Lord, saying: The Lord will surely deliver us, and this city shall not be given into the hands of the king of the Assyrians.


1 I said: I shall not see the Lord God in the land of the living. I shall behold man no more, nor the inhabitant of rest.


1 And behold the veil of the temple was rent in two from the top even to the bottom, and the earth quaked, and the rocks were rent.


1 Above all principality, and power, and virtue, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.
