0 And the Lord was pleased to bruise him in infirmity: if he shall lay down his life for sin, he shall see a long-lived seed, and the will of the Lord shall be prosperous in his hand.


For they that gather it, shall eat it, and shall praise the Lord: and they that bring it together, shall drink it in my holy courts.


6 In which he that is blessed upon the earth, shall be blessed in God, amen: and he that sweareth in the earth, shall swear by God, amen: because the former distresses are forgotten, and because they are hid from my eyes.


And if thy hand, or thy foot scandalize thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee. It is better for thee to go into life maimed or lame, than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into everlasting fire.


Saying to them: Go ye into the village that is over against you, and immediately you shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them and bring them to me.


8 And when he was come on the other side of the water, into the country of the Gerasens, there met him two that were possessed with devils, coming out of the sepulchres, exceeding fierce, so that none could pass by that way.

9 There was a certain rich man, who was clothed in purple and fine linen; and feasted sumptuously every day.


5 And it came to pass, after the angels departed from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another: Let us go over to Bethlehem, and let us see this word that is come to pass, which the Lord hath shewed to us.


1 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.


Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes; and salute no man by the way.


8 No man hath seen God at any time: the only begotten Son who is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.


2 They said therefore unto him: Who art thou, that we may give an answer to them that sent us? What sayest thou of thyself?


5 And they asked him, and said to him: Why then dost thou baptize, if thou be not Christ, nor Elias, nor the prophet?


8 That the saying of Isaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he said: Lord, who hath believed our hearing? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?


3 And in that day you shall not ask me any thing. Amen, amen I say to you: if you ask the Father any thing in my name, he will give it you.


WHEN Jesus had said these things, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where there was a garden, into which he entered with his disciples.


0 Well: because of unbelief they were broken off. But thou standest by faith: be not highminded, but fear.


2 And again Isaias saith: There shall be a root of Jesse; and he that shall rise up to rule the Gentiles, in him the Gentiles shall hope.


6 And not as it was by one sin, so also is the gift. For judgment indeed was by one unto condemnation; but grace is of many offences, unto justification.


I SPEAK the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost:


3 Is Christ divided? Was Paul then crucified for you? or were you baptized in the name of Paul?


6 Now the sting of death is sin: and the power of sin is the law.


As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema.


Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of the flesh and of the spirit, perfecting sactification in the fear of God.


6 And might reconcile both to God in one body by the cross, killing the enmities in himself.


But to every one of us is given grace, according to the measure of the giving of Christ.


7 That Christ may dwell by faith in your hearts; that being rooted and founded in charity,


Now this I say, that no man may deceive you by loftiness of words.


For which cause I admonish thee, that thou stir up the grace of God which is in thee, by the imposition of my hands.


1 They shall perish, but thou shalt continue: and they shall all grow old as a garment.


4 What shall it profit, my brethren, if a man say he hath faith, but hath not works? Shall faith be able to save him?


8 And to the angel of the church of Thyatira write: These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like to a flame of fire, and his feet like to fine brass.


6 And the city lieth in a foursquare, and the length thereof is as great as the breadth: and he measured the city with the golden reed for twelve thousand furlongs, and the length and the height and the breadth thereof are equal.


And from the throne proceeded lightnings, and voices, and thunders; and there were seven lamps burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God.
