Although thou conceal these things in thy heart, yet I know that thou rememberest all things.


That he may withdraw a man from the things he is doing, and may deliver him from pride.


He rebuketh also by sorrow in the bed; and he maketh all his bones to wither.


Rejoice therefore, O young man, in thy youth, and let thy heart be in that which is good in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thy heart, and in the sight of thy eyes: and know that for all these God will bring thee into judgment.


All things have their season, and in their times all things pass under heaven.


He hath made all things good in their time, and hath delivered the world to their consideration, so that man cannot find out the work which God hath made from the beginning to the end.


And I said in my heart: God shall judge both the just and the wicked, and then shall be the time of every thing.


But when the master of the house shall be gone in, and shall shut the door, you shall begin to stand without, and knock at the door, saying: Lord, open to us. And he answering, shall say to you: I know you not, whence you are.
