But the Pharisees, hearing it, said, "This man does not cast out demons, except by Beelzebub, the prince of the demons."


And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your own sons cast them out? Therefore, they shall be your judges.


But the Pharisees said, "By the prince of demons does he cast out demons."


But they said to him, "We can." Then Jesus said to them: "Indeed, you shall drink from the chalice, from which I drink; and you shall be baptized with the baptism, with which I am to be baptized.


And the scribes who had descended from Jerusalem said, "Because he has Beelzebub, and because by the prince of demons does he cast out demons."


But some of them said, "It is by Beelzebub, the leader of demons, that he casts out demons."


So then, if Satan is also divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that it is by Beelzebub that I cast out demons.


But if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your own sons cast them out? Therefore, they shall be your judges.


Then many of them were saying: "He has a demon or he is insane. Why do you listen him?"


Why are you seeking to kill me?" The crowd responded and said: "You must have a demon. Who is seeking to kill you?"


Therefore, the Jews responded and said to him, "Are we not correct in saying that you are a Samaritan, and that you have a demon?"


Therefore, the Jews said: "Now we know that you have a demon. Abraham is dead, and the Prophets; and yet you say, 'If anyone will have kept my word, he shall not taste death for eternity.'
