Life throws curveballs, right? It tests you, refines you, and ultimately teaches you to lean on God with all your heart. Think of it this way: even the toughest situations are blessings in disguise, drawing you closer to Him.
When you're feeling overwhelmed and desperate, lift your hands up and cry out to God. Before you turn to anyone else, seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit, who will send angels to your aid.
Find refuge in Jesus, your shield and protector. He’s powerful enough to set you free and conquer your fears. Reaching out to God always brings peace and immeasurable rewards.
Remember Psalm 121:1: "My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." Jesus is there for you 24/7, offering comfort, relief, and healing. Place your life in His hands and allow His perfect will to unfold in your life.
His love will always look out for you, and there's no safer place than in His presence.
We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose.
“Ask, and you will receive; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.
We who are strong in the faith ought to help the weak to carry their burdens. We should not please ourselves.
Do not forget to do good and to help one another, because these are the sacrifices that please God.
In the same way the Spirit also comes to help us, weak as we are. For we do not know how we ought to pray; the Spirit himself pleads with God for us in groans that words cannot express.
Let us be bold, then, and say, “The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?”
Help us, O God, and save us; rescue us and forgive our sins for the sake of your own honor.
The Lord protects and defends me; I trust in him. He gives me help and makes me glad; I praise him with joyful songs.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know.
Remember the Lord in everything you do, and he will show you the right way.
I look to the mountains; where will my help come from?
My help will come from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
Do not be afraid—I am with you! I am your God—let nothing terrify you! I will make you strong and help you; I will protect you and save you.
if you give food to the hungry and satisfy those who are in need, then the darkness around you will turn to the brightness of noon.
When someone asks you for something, give it to him; when someone wants to borrow something, lend it to him.
Let us give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the merciful Father, the God from whom all help comes!
He helps us in all our troubles, so that we are able to help others who have all kinds of troubles, using the same help that we ourselves have received from God.
Let us have confidence, then, and approach God's throne, where there is grace. There we will receive mercy and find grace to help us just when we need it.
I am the Lord your God; I strengthen you and tell you, ‘Do not be afraid; I will help you.’”
When you pass through deep waters, I will be with you; your troubles will not overwhelm you. When you pass through fire, you will not be burned; the hard trials that come will not hurt you.
I waited patiently for the Lord's help; then he listened to me and heard my cry.
He pulled me out of a dangerous pit, out of the deadly quicksand. He set me safely on a rock and made me secure.
I have told you this so that you will have peace by being united to me. The world will make you suffer. But be brave! I have defeated the world!”
We urge you, our friends, to warn the idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone.
God is in that city, and it will never be destroyed; at early dawn he will come to its aid.
I wait patiently for God to save me; I depend on him alone.
He alone protects and saves me; he is my defender, and I shall never be defeated.
“Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke and put it on you, and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in spirit; and you will find rest.
For the yoke I will give you is easy, and the load I will put on you is light.”
I am weak and poor, O Lord, but you have not forgotten me. You are my savior and my God— hurry to my aid!
And God is able to give you more than you need, so that you will always have all you need for yourselves and more than enough for every good cause.
When they call to me, I will answer them; when they are in trouble, I will be with them. I will rescue them and honor them.
You are the people of God; he loved you and chose you for his own. So then, you must clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.
You, Lord, give perfect peace to those who keep their purpose firm and put their trust in you.
I was hungry and you fed me, thirsty and you gave me a drink; I was a stranger and you received me in your homes,
But God has shown us how much he loves us—it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us!
Let us be concerned for one another, to help one another to show love and to do good.
Let us not give up the habit of meeting together, as some are doing. Instead, let us encourage one another all the more, since you see that the Day of the Lord is coming nearer.
Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to live alone. I will make a suitable companion to help him.”
If we are rich and see others in need, yet close our hearts against them, how can we claim that we love God?
The Lord says, “I will teach you the way you should go; I will instruct you and advise you.

so that all of you together may praise with one voice the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
You are my hiding place; you will save me from trouble. I sing aloud of your salvation, because you protect me.
As for you, my friends, you were called to be free. But do not let this freedom become an excuse for letting your physical desires control you. Instead, let love make you serve one another.
And yet the Lord is waiting to be merciful to you. He is ready to take pity on you because he always does what is right. Happy are those who put their trust in the Lord.
The Lord is my shepherd; I have everything I need.
He lets me rest in fields of green grass and leads me to quiet pools of fresh water.
He gives me new strength. He guides me in the right paths, as he has promised.
Share your belongings with your needy fellow Christians, and open your homes to strangers.
My eyes are tired from watching for what you promised, while I ask, “When will you help me?”
Whoever goes to the Lord for safety, whoever remains under the protection of the Almighty,
can say to him, “You are my defender and protector. You are my God; in you I trust.”
And I will always guide you and satisfy you with good things. I will keep you strong and well. You will be like a garden that has plenty of water, like a spring of water that never goes dry.
The Lord is my light and my salvation; I will fear no one. The Lord protects me from all danger; I will never be afraid.
So do not worry about tomorrow; it will have enough worries of its own. There is no need to add to the troubles each day brings.
Never let yourself think that you are wiser than you are; simply obey the Lord and refuse to do wrong.
If you do, it will be like good medicine, healing your wounds and easing your pains.
Each one, as a good manager of God's different gifts, must use for the good of others the special gift he has received from God.
Lord, you have examined me and you know me.
You know everything I do; from far away you understand all my thoughts.
So we will not be afraid, even if the earth is shaken and mountains fall into the ocean depths;
Every test that you have experienced is the kind that normally comes to people. But God keeps his promise, and he will not allow you to be tested beyond your power to remain firm; at the time you are put to the test, he will give you the strength to endure it, and so provide you with a way out.
And with all his abundant wealth through Christ Jesus, my God will supply all your needs.
So let us not become tired of doing good; for if we do not give up, the time will come when we will reap the harvest.
Some day there will be a king who rules with integrity, and national leaders who govern with justice.
Each of them will be like a shelter from the wind and a place to hide from storms. They will be like streams flowing in a desert, like the shadow of a giant rock in a barren land.
Be determined and confident. Do not be afraid of them. Your God, the Lord himself, will be with you. He will not fail you or abandon you.”
Then Samuel took a stone, set it up between Mizpah and Shen, and said, “The Lord has helped us all the way”—and he named it “Stone of Help.”
May the Lord answer you when you are in trouble! May the God of Jacob protect you!
May he send you help from his Temple and give you aid from Mount Zion.
Help me, O Lord my God; because of your constant love, save me!
Make my enemies know that you are the one who saves me.
When I am surrounded by troubles, you keep me safe. You oppose my angry enemies and save me by your power.
