And David reigned over all Israel; and David executed judgment and justice unto all his people.


Blessed be Yahweh thy Elohim, which delighted in thee, to set thee on the throne of Israel: because Yahweh loved Israel for ever, therefore made he thee king, to do judgment and justice.


And he did that which was right in the sight of Yahweh, and walked in all the way of David his father, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left.


And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to Yahweh with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law of Moses; neither after him arose there any like him.


And the sons of Josiah were, the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.


And he did that which was right in the sight of Yahweh, and walked in the ways of David his father, and declined neither to the right hand, nor to the left.


Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from the mouth of Elohim, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.


Now the rest of the acts of Josiah, and his goodness, according to that which was written in the law of Yahweh,


Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his throne is upholden by mercy.


To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice.


Take away the wicked from before the king, and his throne shall be established in righteousness.


The king by judgment establisheth the land: but he that receiveth gifts overthroweth it.


Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.


Blessed art thou, O land, when thy king is the son of nobles, and thy princes eat in due season, for strength, and not for drunkenness


There is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. This also I saw, that it was from the hand of Elohim.


Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.


He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.


Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of Yahweh of hosts will perform this.


O house of David, thus saith Yahweh; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.


Therefore thus saith Yahweh concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother or, Ah sister they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah master or, Ah his honour


Thus saith Yahweh; Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place.


Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.


Whether it be good, or whether it be evil, we will obey the voice of Yahweh our Elohim, to whom we send thee; that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of Yahweh our Elohim.


For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour;


But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.


And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,


Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the honor of Yahweh.


Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which Yahweh thy Elohim giveth thee, for ever.
