And you shall be safe, because there is hope; yea, you shall look around you, and you shall take your rest in safety.


I laid down and slept. I awoke, for Jehovah kept me.


I will lie down, both in peace and in sleep. For You alone, Jehovah, make me dwell in safety.


Save with Your right hand and answer me, that Your beloved may be delivered.


The blessing of Jehovah itself makes rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.


I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.


There is one alone, and there is not a second; yea, he has neither son nor brother; yet there is no end to all his labor; and his eyes are not satisfied with riches; and he says , For whom do I labor and take good from my soul? This is also vanity. Yes, it is an evil business.


The sleep of a laboring man is sweet, whether he eats little or much; but the abundance of the rich will not allow him to sleep.


All the labor of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.


On this I awoke and looked up; and my sleep was sweet to me.


And I will make a covenant of peace with them, and will send the evil beasts out of the land. And they shall dwell safely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods.
