which perished at En–dor: they became as dung for the earth.


Do unto them as unto the Mid´i-anites; as to Sis´era, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison:


And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.


which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.


For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law; and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;


For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath showed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.


And the Lord discomfited them before Israel, and slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them along the way that goeth up to Beth–ho´ron, and smote them to Aze´kah, and unto Makke´dah.


And the Lord delivered them into the hand of Israel, who smote them, and chased them unto great Zidon, and unto Mis´rephoth–ma´im, and unto the valley of Mizpeh eastward; and they smote them, until they left them none remaining.


Howbeit Sis´era fled away on his feet to the tent of Ja´el the wife of Heber the Kenite: for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite.


And the Lord sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, that reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sis´era, which dwelt in Haro´sheth of the Gentiles.
