Do not forget the voice of Your enemies, The uproar of those rising up against You increases continually.

You rule the swelling of the sea; When its waves rise, You still them.

He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, and has stretched out the heavens by His understanding.


Then they took Yonah and threw him into the sea, and the sea stopped raging.


And יהוה sent out a great wind on the sea, and there was a great storm on the sea, so that the ship was thought to be broken up.


When, therefore, He said to them, “I am,” they drew back and fell to the ground.


Pilate answered, “What I have written, I have written.”


And having said this, he dismissed the assembly.
