And Dawiḏ and the commanders of the army separated for the service some of the sons of Asaph, and of Hĕman, and of Yeḏuthun, who should prophesy with lyres, with harps, and with cymbals. And the number of the workmen according to their service was:


Of Yeḏuthun, the sons of Yeḏuthun: Geḏalyahu, and Tseri, and Yeshayahu, Ḥashaḇyahu, and Mattithyahu, six, under the hands of their father Yeḏuthun, who prophesied with a lyre to give thanks and to praise יהוה.


My help comes from יהוה, Maker of the heavens and earth.


See, as the eyes of servants Are toward the hand of their masters, As the eyes of a female servant Are toward the hand of her mistress, So are our eyes toward יהוה our Elohim, Until He shows favour to us.


Hĕ Lead me in Your truth (Waw) and teach me, For You are the Elohim of my deliverance; On You I wait all the day.


Wait on יהוה, be strong, And let Him strengthen your heart! Wait, I say, on יהוה!


Our being has longed for יהוה; Our help and our shield is He.


Taw But the deliverance of the righteous is from יהוה, Their strength in time of distress.


Dalet Rest in יהוה, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man doing wicked devices.


I have said,”Let me guard my ways Against sinning with my tongue; Let me guard my mouth with a muzzle, While the wrongdoer is before me.”


I waited, waited for יהוה; And He inclined to me, and heard my cry.


He alone is my rock and my deliverance, my strong tower; I am not greatly shaken.


To You, stillness, praise, in Tsiyon, O Elohim; And to You a vow is paid.


My voice is to Elohim, and I cry; My voice is to Elohim, and He listened to me.


“See, Ěl is my deliverance, I trust and am not afraid. For Yah, יהוה, is my strength and my song; and He has become my deliverance.”


And therefore יהוה shall wait, to show you favour. And therefore He shall be exalted, to have compassion on you. For יהוה is an Elohim of right-ruling. Blessed are all those who wait for Him.


but those who wait on יהוה renew their strength, they raise up the wing like eagles, they run and are not weary, they walk and do not faint.


“Truly, delusion comes from the high hills, the noisy throng on the mountains. Truly, in יהוה our Elohim is the deliverance of Yisra’ĕl.


יהוה is good to those waiting for Him, To the being who seeks Him.


Do not the evils and the good Come out of the mouth of the Most High?


So, brothers, be patient until the coming of the Master. See, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain.
