15 “And if You are doing this to me, kill me – please kill me, if I have found favour in Your eyes, and let me not see my evil!”

Why did I come forth from the womb to see toil and sorrow, and spend my days in shame?


“And now, O יהוה, please take my life from me, for it is better for me to die than to live!”


יהוה has turned aside your judgments. He has faced your enemy. The Sovereign of Yisra’ĕl, יהוה, is in your midst. No longer need you fear evil.


And let endurance have a perfect work, so that you be perfect and complete, lacking in naught.
