Pilate said to Him, “What is truth?” And when he had said this, he went out again to the Yehuḏim, and said to them, “I find no guilt in Him.


And Pilate went outside again, and said to them, “See, I am bringing Him out to you, to let you know that I find no guilt in Him.”


And there was a man of the Pharisees, Naḵdimon was his name, a ruler of the Yehuḏim.


“And see! He speaks boldly, and they say none at all to Him. Could it be that the rulers truly know that this is truly the Messiah?


“Has anyone of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed in Him?


for those dwelling in Yerushalayim, and their rulers, because they did not know Him, nor even the voices of the Prophets which are read every Sabbath, have filled them in having judged Him.


“And now, brothers, I know that you did it in ignorance, as your rulers did too.


And it came to be, on the next day, that their rulers and elders and scribes assembled in Yerushalayim,
