1 And He also said to His taught ones, “There was a certain rich man who had a manager and he was accused to him as wasting his possessions.

But when this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with whores, you slaughtered the fattened calf for him.’


“But there was a certain rich man who used to dress in purple and fine linen and lived luxuriously every day.


“So having called him he said to him, ‘What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, for you are no longer able to be manager.’


“And another came, saying, ‘Master, here is your mina, which I kept laid up in a handkerchief.


and Yoḥanah the wife of Kuza, manager of Herodes, and Shoshannah, and many others who provided for Him from their resources.


For an overseer has to be unreprovable, as a managing one of Elohim, not self-pleasing, not wroth, not given to wine, no brawler, not greedy for filthy gain,


You ask and do not receive, because you ask evilly, in order to spend it on your pleasures.


As each one has received a gift, serve one another, as good trustees of the manifold favour of Elohim.
