And they brought seven bulls, and seven rams, and seven lambs, and seven male goats for a sin offering for the reign, for the set-apart place, and for Yehuḏah. And he said to the priests, the sons of Aharon, to offer them on the slaughter-place of יהוה.


The sons of the exile, who had come from the captivity, brought ascending offerings to the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl: twelve bulls for all Yisra’ĕl, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, and twelve male goats as a sin offering – all as an ascending offering to יהוה.


“But the flesh of the bull, and its skin and its dung, you shall burn with fire outside the camp. It is a sin offering.


“And you shall take some of the blood that is on the slaughter-place, and some of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it on Aharon and on his garments, on his sons and on the garments of his sons with him. And he and his garments shall be set-apart, and his sons and the garments of his sons with him.


and shall take the anointing oil, and pour it on his head and anoint him.


“And Aharon shall make atonement upon its horns once a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonement – once a year he makes atonement upon it throughout your generations. It is most set-apart to יהוה.”


And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side and two tables on that side, on which to slay the ascending offering, and the sin offering, and the guilt offering.


And you shall give a young bull for a sin offering to the priests, the Lĕwites, who are of the seed of Tsaḏoq, who approach unto Me,’ declares the Master יהוה.


and on the day that he comes into the inner court of the set-apart place to attend in the set-apart place, he brings his sin offering,” declares the Master יהוה.


‘And if his offering is from the flock, from the sheep or from the goats as an ascending offering, let him bring a male, a perfect one.


‘If his offering is an ascending offering of the herd, let him bring a male, a perfect one. Let him bring it at the door of the Tent of Appointment, for his acceptance before יהוה.


“And Aharon shall bring the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house, and shall slay the bull as the sin offering which is for himself,


“With this Aharon should come into the Set-apart Place: with the blood of a young bull as a sin offering, and of a ram as an ascending offering.


“And from the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl he takes two male goats as a sin offering, and one ram as an ascending offering.


“And Aharon shall bring the bull as a sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house.


when the sin which they have sinned becomes known, then the assembly shall bring a young bull for the sin, and bring it before the Tent of Appointment.


or if his sin which he has sinned is made known to him, then he shall bring as his offering a buck of the goats, a male, a perfect one.


or if his sin which he has sinned shall be made known to him, then he shall bring as his offering a female goat, a perfect one, for his sin which he has sinned.


‘And the anointed priest shall take some of the bull’s blood and bring it to the Tent of Appointment,


and shall bring his guilt offering to יהוה for his sin which he has sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a female goat as a sin offering. And the priest shall make atonement for him, for his sin.


‘All the males among the children of Aharon eat it – a law forever in your generations concerning the offerings made by fire to יהוה. All that touches them is to be set-apart.’ ”


And he poured some of the anointing oil on Aharon’s head and anointed him, to set him apart.


And he said to Aharon, “Take for yourself a young bull as a sin offering and a ram as an ascending offering, a perfect one, and bring them before יהוה.


“And speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, saying, ‘Take a male goat as a sin offering, and a calf and a lamb, both a year old, perfect ones, as an ascending offering,


But they fell on their faces, and said, “O Ěl, Elohim of the spirits of all flesh! When one man sins, are You wroth with all the congregation?”


and shall take a young bull with its grain offering of fine flour mixed with oil, while you take another young bull as a sin offering.


For the Torah being powerless, in that it was weak through the flesh, Elohim, having sent His own Son in the likeness of flesh of sin, and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh,


For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of Elohim.


And on account of this he has to offer for sins – as for the people, so also for himself.


entered into the Most Set-apart Place once for all, not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood, having obtained everlasting redemption.
