Hebrews 4:15 - The Scriptures 2009

15 For we do not have a High Priest unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who was tried in all respects as we are, apart from sin.

Who of you proves Me wrong concerning sin? And if I speak the truth, why do you not believe Me?”


For the Torah being powerless, in that it was weak through the flesh, Elohim, having sent His own Son in the likeness of flesh of sin, and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh,


For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of Elohim.


Therefore, since we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, יהושע the Son of Elohim, let us hold fast our confession.


being able to have a measure of feeling for those not knowing and being led astray, since he himself is also surrounded by weakness.


For it was fitting that we should have such a High Priest – kind, innocent, undefiled, having been separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens,


so also the Messiah, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, shall appear a second time, apart from sin, to those waiting for Him, unto deliverance.


“who committed no sin, nor was deceit found in His mouth,”


And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin.
