7 to which our twelve tribes, earnestly serving Elohim night and day, expect to attain. Concerning this expectation, O Sovereign Agrippa, I am accused by the Yehuḏim.

The sons of the exile, who had come from the captivity, brought ascending offerings to the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl: twelve bulls for all Yisra’ĕl, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, and twelve male goats as a sin offering – all as an ascending offering to יהוה.

“I think myself blessed, Sovereign Agrippa, because today I shall make my defence before you concerning all of which I am accused by the Yehuḏim,


you being most of all an expert, knowing of all practices and questions which have to do with the Yehuḏim. So, please hear me patiently.


“This therefore is the reason I called for you, to see you and speak with you. It is because of the expectation of Yisra’ĕl that I am bound with this chain.”


if somehow I might attain to the resurrection from the dead.


night and day praying exceedingly, to see your face and make complete what is lacking in your belief?


And she who is truly a widow, and left alone, trusts in Elohim and continues in petitions and prayers night and day.


Ya‛aqoḇ, a servant of Elohim and of the Master יהושע Messiah, to the twelve tribes who are in the dispersion: Greetings.
