2 Chronicles 32:33 - The Scriptures 2009

33 So Ḥizqiyahu slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the upper burial-sites of the sons of Dawiḏ. And all Yehuḏah and the inhabitants of Yerushalayim esteemed him at his death. And Menashsheh his son reigned in his place.

So Shelomoh slept with his fathers, and was buried in the City of Dawiḏ his father, and Reḥaḇ‛am his son reigned in his place.

So Ḥizqiyahu slept with his fathers. And Menashsheh his son reigned in his place.


And they buried him in his burial-site, which he had made for himself in the City of Dawiḏ. And they laid him in the bed which was filled with spices and various kinds of ointments mixed by the perfumer’s skill. And they made a very great burning for him.

And his servants took him out of that chariot and put him in the second chariot that he had, and they brought him to Yerushalayim. And he died, and was buried in one of the burial-sites of his fathers. And all Yehuḏah and Yerushalayim were mourning for Yoshiyahu.

And when all the congregation saw that Aharon was dead, all the house of Yisra’ĕl wept for Aharon, thirty days.

And Shemu’ĕl died, and all Yisra’ĕl gathered and mourned for him, and buried him at his home in Ramah. And Dawiḏ arose and went down into the Wilderness of Paran.
