2 Chronicles 28:15 - The Scriptures 2009

15 And the men who were designated by name rose up and took the captives, and from the spoil they put on all the naked among them, dressed them and gave them sandals, and gave them food and drink, and anointed them, and let all the weak ones ride on donkeys, and brought them to their brothers at Yeriḥo, the city of palm trees, then returned to Shomeron.

And as He went out onto the land, He was met by a certain man, from the city, who had demons for a long time. And he wore no garments, and he was not living in a house but in the tombs.


So they came out to see what had taken place, and came to יהושע, and found the man from whom the demons had gone out, sitting at the feet of יהושע, dressed, and in his right mind. And they were afraid.


And having risen up, Kĕpha went with them. And when he arrived, they brought him to the upper room. And all the widows stood beside him weeping, showing the inner garments and outer garments which Dorkas had made while she was with them.


But we who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
