12 “O our Elohim, would You not judge them? For we are powerless against this great army that is coming against us. And we do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.”

And she said, “Please let the sovereign remember יהוה your Elohim, and the redeemer of blood not destroy any more, lest they destroy my son.” And he said, “As יהוה lives, not one hair of your son shall fall to the ground.”


“And you my master, O sovereign, the eyes of all Yisra’ĕl are on you, to declare to them who is going to sit on the throne of my master the sovereign after him.


And the servant of the man of Elohim rose early and went out, and saw an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Oh, my master! What do we do?”


And all Yehuḏah, with their little ones, their wives, and their children, stood before יהוה.


But my eyes are upon You, O Master יהוה. In You I take refuge; Do not pour out my life.


Ayin My eyes are ever toward יהוה, For He brings my feet out of the net.


Rule me rightly, O Elohim, And plead my cause against a nation without loving-commitment. Oh, deliver me from a man of deceit and unrighteousness!


Arise, O יהוה, in Your displeasure; Lift Yourself up against the rage of my adversaries, And awake for me! You shall command judgment!


יהוה judges the peoples; Judge me, O יהוה, according to my righteousness, And according to my integrity within me.


Arise, O יהוה, Do not let man prevail; Let the nations be judged before Your face.


Raise Yourself up, O Judge of the earth; Render punishment to the proud.


And He shall judge between the nations, and shall reprove many peoples. And they shall beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither teach battle any more.


“He does not become weak or crushed, until He has established right-ruling in the earth. And the coastlands wait for His Torah.”


“Turn to Me and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am Ěl, and there is none else.


“Let the nations be aroused, and come up to the Valley of Yehoshaphat. For there I shall sit to judge all the nations on every side.


“So I said, ‘I have been driven away from Your eyes. Would I ever look again toward Your set-apart Hĕḵal?’


“For יהוה rightly rules His people And has compassion on His servants, When He sees that their power is gone, And there is no one remaining, Shut up or at large.


And I saw the heaven opened, and there was a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Trustworthy and True, and in righteousness He judges and fights.


So I have not sinned against you, but you are doing me evil by fighting against me. Let יהוה the Judge, judge today between the children of Yisra’ĕl and the children of Ammon.’ ”


And Yehonathan said to the young man who bore his armour, “Come, and let us go over to the outpost of these uncircumcised. If so be, יהוה does work for us. For there is no hindrance for יהוה to save by many or by few.”


“For I have declared to him that I am judging his house forever for the crookedness which he knows, because his sons cursed Elohim, and he did not rebuke them.
