²⁵ See, he was more esteemed than the thirty, but he did not come to the first three. And Dawiḏ set him over his court.

²⁵ He was famous among the Thirty, but didn’t become one of the Three. David placed him in command of his own bodyguard.

This is what Benayahu son of Yehoyaḏa did, and won a name among the three mighty men.

And the mighty men of the armies were Asah’ĕl the brother of Yo’aḇ, Elḥanan son of Doḏo of Bĕyth Leḥem,
