To whom then will you liken God, or what likeness compare with him?


Lift up your eyes on high and see: who created these? He who brings out their host by number, calling them all by name; by the greatness of his might, and because he is strong in power not one is missing.

because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed for ever! Amen.


You know that when you were heathen, you were led astray to dumb idols, however you may have been moved.
