Isaiah 51:6 - Revised Standard Version

6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look at the earth beneath; for the heavens will vanish like smoke, the earth will wear out like a garment, and they who dwell in it will die like gnats; but my salvation will be for ever, and my deliverance will never be ended.

But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon those who fear him, and his righteousness to children's children,


Full of honor and majesty is his work, and his righteousness endures for ever.


Therefore I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will be shaken out of its place, at the wrath of the Lord of hosts in the day of his fierce anger.

he entered once for all into the Holy Place, taking not the blood of goats and calves but his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption.


Therefore he is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred which redeems them from the transgressions under the first covenant.


Then I saw a great white throne and him who sat upon it; from his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them.
