12 Epaphras, who is one of yourselves, a servant of Christ Jesus, greets you, always remembering you earnestly in his prayers, that you may stand mature and fully assured in all the will of God.

Finally, brethren, farewell. Mend your ways, heed my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.


Am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still pleasing men, I should not be a servant of Christ.


My little children, with whom I am again in travail until Christ be formed in you!


he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and irreproachable before him,


Him we proclaim, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man mature in Christ.


For this I toil, striving with all the energy which he mightily inspires within me.


as you learned it from Epaphras our beloved fellow servant. He is a faithful minister of Christ on our behalf


And so, from the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

Epaphras, my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus, sends greetings to you,


But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their faculties trained by practice to distinguish good from evil.
