²¹ Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was gatekeeper at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

²¹ Zechariah, Meshelemiah’s son, was gatekeeper at the meeting tent’s entrance.

²¹ But Zechariah, the son of Meshelemiah, was the keeper of the gate of the tabernacle of the testimony.

The lot for the east fell to Shelemiah. They cast lots also for his son Zechariah, a shrewd counselor, and his lot came out for the north.

And Meshelemiah had sons: Zechariah the first-born, Jedia-el the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathni-el the fourth,
