7 Then Ephraim shall become like a mighty warrior, and their hearts shall be glad as with wine. Their children shall see it and be glad; their hearts shall rejoice in the Lord.

For how great is his goodness, and how great his beauty! Grain shall make the young men flourish, and new wine the young women.


and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,


So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.


this he has fulfilled to us their children by raising Jesus, as also it is written in the second Psalm, “‘You are my Son, today I have begotten you.’
