God who maketh men of one manner to dwell in a house: Who bringeth out them that were bound in strength; in like manner them that provoke, that dwell in sepulchres.

And now the third day was come, and the morning appeared: and, behold, thunders began to be heard, and lightning to flash, and a very thick cloud to cover the mount. And the noise of the trumpet sounded exceeding loud, and the people that was in the camp, feared.


And he shall set up a standard unto the nations: and shall assemble the fugitives of Israel and shall gather together the dispersed of Juda, from the four quarters of the earth.


To them that come from a country afar off, from the end of heaven: the Lord and the instruments of his wrath, to destroy the whole land.


And it shall come to pass that in that day a noise shall be made with a great trumpet: and they that were lost shall come from the land of the Assyrians, and they that were outcasts in the land of Egypt. And they shall adore the Lord in the holy mount in Jerusalem.


Sing ye to the Lord a new song: his praise is from the ends of the earth: you that go down to the sea, and all that are therein: ye islands, and ye inhabitants of them.


I will say to the north: Give up. And to the south: Keep not back: bring my sons from afar, and my daughters from the ends of the earth.


Be converted to me, and you shall be saved, all ye ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is no other.


Lift up thy eyes round about, and see. All these are gathered together; they are come to thee. I live, saith the Lord. Thou shalt be clothed with all these as with an ornament: and as a bride thou shalt put them about thee.

And the angel answered, and said to me: These are the four winds of the heaven, which go forth to stand before the Lord of all the earth.


And I will destroy the chariot out of Ephraim, and the horse out of Jerusalem, and the bow for war shall be broken: and he shall speak peace to the Gentiles, and his power shall be from sea to sea, and from the rivers even to the end of the earth.


And the Lord God shall be seen over them, and his dart shall go forth as lightning: and the Lord God will sound the trumpet, and go in the whirlwind of the south.


The Son of man shall send his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all scandals, and them that work iniquity.


And unless those days had been shortened, no flesh should be saved: but for the sake of the elect those days shall be shortened.


For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect.


And from the fig tree learn a parable: When the branch thereof is now tender, and the leaves come forth, you know that summer is nigh.


And when the Son of man shall come in his majesty, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his majesty.


And Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in heaven and in earth.


And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.


And that penance and remission of sins should be preached in his name, unto all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.


And not only for the nation, but to gather together in one the children of God, that were dispersed.


But I say: Have they not heard? Yes, verily, their sound hath gone forth into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the whole world.


In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall rise again incorruptible: and we shall be changed.


In the dispensation of the fulness of times, to re-establish all things in Christ, that are in heaven and on earth, in him.


If thou be driven as far as the poles of heaven, the Lord thy God will fetch thee back from thence.


Ask of the days of old, that have been before thy time from the day that God created man upon the earth, from one end of heaven to the other end thereof, if ever there was done the like thing, or it hath been known at any time:


Then we who are alive, who are left, shall be taken up together with them in the clouds to meet Christ, into the air, and so shall we be always with the Lord.


And we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and of our gathering together unto him:


And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words, which they that heard excused themselves, that the word might not be spoken to them:


The mystery of the seven stars, which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches. And the seven candlesticks are the seven churches.


And the seventh angel sounded the trumpet: and there were great voices in heaven, saying: The kingdom of this world is become our Lord's and his Christ's, and he shall reign for ever and ever. Amen.


After these things, I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that they should not blow upon the earth, nor upon the sea, nor on any tree.


And I saw seven angels standing in the presence of God; and there were given to them seven trumpets.
