Why do you persecute me as God, and glut yourselves with my flesh?


If the men of my tabernacle have not said: Who will give us of his flesh that we may be filled?


They surrounded me like bees, and they burned like fire among thorns: and in the name of the Lord I was revenged on them.


Shall not all they know that work iniquity, who devour my people as they eat bread?


(18:5) The sorrows of death surrounded me: and the torrents of iniquity troubled me.


(22:17) For many dogs have encompassed me: the council of the malignant hath besieged me. They have dug my hands and feet.


(3:8) For thou hast struck all them who are my adversaries without cause: thou hast broken the teeth of sinners.


(53:5) Shall not all the workers of iniquity know, who eat up my people as they eat bread?


(9:4) When my enemy shall be turned back: they shall be weakened, and perish before thy face.


And very many of them shall stumble and fall, and shall be broken in pieces, and shall be snared, and taken.
