They said to Moses, ‘Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt?


The people grumbled to Moses, ‘What are we going to drink? ’


When the Israelites saw it, they asked one another, ‘What is it? ’ because they didn’t know what it was. Moses told them, ‘It is the bread the Lord has given you to eat.


The house of Israel named the substance manna.  , It resembled coriander seed, was white, and tasted like wafers made with honey.


A person who is full tramples on a honeycomb, but to a hungry person, any bitter thing is sweet.


‘ “But the children rebelled against me.  They did not follow my statutes or carefully keep my ordinances #– #the person who does them will live by them. They also profaned my Sabbaths. So I considered pouring out my wrath on them and exhausting my anger against them in the wilderness.


but for a whole month #– #until it comes out of your nostrils and becomes nauseating to you #– #because you have rejected the Lord who is among you, and wept before him, “Why did we ever leave Egypt? ” ’


The next day the entire Israelite community complained about Moses and Aaron,  saying, ‘You have killed the Lord’s people! ’


Then the Israelites declared to Moses, ‘Look, we’re perishing! We’re lost; we’re all lost!


Let us not test Christ as some of them did  and were destroyed by snakes.
