Suddenly, a violent storm arose on the sea, so that the boat was being swamped by the waves #– #but Jesus kept sleeping.


He saw them straining  at the oars,  because the wind was against them. Very early in the morning  he came towards them walking on the sea and wanted to pass by them.


A high wind arose, and the sea began to churn.


for he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit  and of faith. And large numbers of people were added  to the Lord.


When we had put out to sea from there, we sailed along the northern coast  of Cyprus because the winds were against us.
