11 As  they were listening to this, he went on to tell a parable because he was near Jerusalem,  and they thought the kingdom of God was going to appear straight away.

When the days were coming to a close for him to be taken up,  he determined  , to journey to Jerusalem.


So when they had come together, they asked him, ‘Lord, are you restoring the kingdom to Israel at this time? ’
