All of them are skilled with swords and trained in warfare. Each has his sword at his side to guard against the terror of the night.


For the word of God is living and effective  and sharper than any double-edged sword,  penetrating as far as the separation of soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Ehud reached with his left hand, took the sword from his right thigh, and plunged it into Eglon’s belly.
