6 So Elihu son of Barachel the Buzite replied: I am young in years, while you are old; therefore I was timid and afraid to tell  you what I know.

Both the grey-haired and the elderly are with us – older than your father.

Then Elihu son of Barachel the Buzite  from the family of Ram became angry. He was angry at Job because he had justified  himself rather than God.


But when he saw that the three men could not answer Job, he became angry.

Don’t rebuke an older man, but exhort him as a father, younger men as brothers,


In the same way, encourage the young men  to be self-controlled


In the same way, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. All of you clothe yourselves with  humility towards one another, because God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.   ,
