Let’s strive to know the  Lord. His appearance is as sure as the dawn. He will come to us like the rain, like the spring showers that water the land.


While Peter was thinking about the vision, the Spirit told him, ‘Three men are here looking for you.


The Spirit told me to accompany them without reservation. These six brothers also accompanied me, and we went into the man’s house.


He came to us, took Paul’s belt, tied his own feet and hands, and said, ‘This is what the Holy Spirit says: “In this way the Jews in Jerusalem will bind the man who owns this belt and deliver him over to the Gentiles.” ’


Disagreeing among themselves, they began to leave after Paul made one statement:  ‘The Holy Spirit was right in saying to your  ancestors through the prophet Isaiah


An angel of the Lord spoke to Philip: ‘Get up and go south to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.’ (This is the desert road.  ,)


and was sitting in his chariot on his way home, reading the prophet Isaiah aloud.


When Philip ran up to it, he heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, ‘Do you understand what you’re reading? ’


When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord  carried Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him any longer but went on his way rejoicing.


One and the same Spirit is active in all these, distributing to each person as he wills.


Now the Spirit  explicitly says that in later times  some will depart from the faith,  paying attention to deceitful spirits  and the teachings of demons,


Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: Today, if you hear his voice,
