David was climbing the slope of the Mount of Olives,  weeping as he ascended. His head was covered,  and he was walking barefoot.  All of the people with him covered their heads and went up, weeping as they ascended.

to another, the performing of miracles;  to another, prophecy;  to another, distinguishing between spirits;  to another, different kinds of tongues;  to another, interpretation of tongues.


And God has appointed these in the church:  first apostles, second prophets, third teachers,  next miracles,  then gifts of healing,  helping, leading, various kinds of tongues.


If I have the gift of prophecy  and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith so that I can move mountains,  but do not have love, I am nothing.
