On the four sides he measured it. It had a wall all around, five hundred long and five hundred wide, to separate the set-apart places from the common.
“All around: eighteen thousand cubits. And the name of the city from that day is: יהוה is there!”
And he who spoke with me had a golden measuring rod, to measure the city, and its gates, and its wall.
