“For as Yonah was three days and three nights in the stomach of the great fish, so shall the Son of Aḏam be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Now when יהושע heard it, He withdrew from there by boat to a deserted place, by Himself. And when the crowds heard it, they followed Him on foot from the cities.
And His taught ones said to Him, “Where are we to get enough bread in the desert to satisfy such a large crowd?”
And having been moved with compassion, יהושע touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him.

And having seen the crowds, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, as sheep having no shepherd.
