and they said to Him, “By what authority are You doing these? And who gave You this authority to do these?”
Now the Pĕsaḥ and the Festival of Matzot was after two days. And the chief priests and the scribes were seeking how to take Him through treachery and put Him to death.
And יהושע was walking in the Set-apart Place, in the porch of Shelomoh.
יהושע answered him, “I spoke openly to the world. I always taught in the congregation and in the Set-apart Place, where the Yehuḏim always meet, and I spoke no word in secret.
