Luke 11:30 - The Scriptures 2009

“For as Yonah became a sign to the Ninewites, so also the Son of Aḏam shall be to this generation.

For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.

For [just] as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, so will also the Son of Man be [a sign] to this age and generation. [Jonah 3:4-10.]

For even as Jonah became a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.

Just as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, so the Human Onewill be a sign to this generation.

For just as Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites, so also will the Son of man be to this generation.

For as Jonas was a sign to the Ninivites; so shall the Son of man also be to this generation.

And Yeḥezqĕl shall be a sign to you. Do according to all that he has done. When this comes, you shall know that I am the Master יהוה.’ ”

And the word of יהוה came to Yonah son of Amittai, saying,

But יהוה appointed a great fish to swallow Yonah. And Yonah was in the stomach of the fish three days and three nights.

Then יהוה spoke to the fish, and it vomited Yonah onto the dry land.
