For He commands and raises the stormy wind, Which lifts up the waves of the sea.
Causing vapours to go up From the ends of the earth; He made lightning for the rain, Bringing forth wind from His treasuries;
Going to the south, and turning round to the north, turning, turning, and on its rounds the wind returns.
He then said to me, “Prophesy to the spirit, prophesy, son of man, and you shall say to the spirit, ‘Thus said the Master יהוה, “Come from the four winds, O spirit, and breathe on these killed ones, so that they live.” ’ ”
who were born, not of blood nor of the desire of flesh nor of the desire of man, but of Elohim.
Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You have to be born from above.’ ”
Naḵdimon answered and said to Him, “How is it possible for this to take place?”

But one and the same Spirit works all these, distributing to each one individually as He intends.
For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man that is in him? So also, the thoughts of Elohim no one has known, except the Spirit of Elohim.
If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone doing righteousness has been born of Him.
