“יהוה thundered from the heavens, And the Most High sent forth His voice.
When He made a law for the rain, and a way for the lightning of thunder,
Also, who understands the spreading of clouds, the crashing from His booth?
Its noise declares concerning Him, also the cattle, as to what is coming up.
After it a voice roars. He thunders with the voice of His excellency, and He does not hold them back when His voice is heard.
Ěl thunders wondrously with His voice; doing great deeds, which we do not understand.
Or do you have an arm like Ěl? Or do you thunder with a voice like His?
At Your rebuke they flee; At the voice of Your thunder they hurry away.
When He gives forth His voice the waters in the heavens roar, and He makes vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightnings for the rain, and He brings the wind out of His treasuries.
