And the sons of Qehath: Amram, and Yitshar, and Ḥeḇron, and Uzzi’ĕl. And the years of the life of Qehath were one hundred and thirty-three.
and they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second new moon. And they declared their ancestry by clans, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of names, from twenty years old and above, each one head by head.
And the trier came and said to Him, “If You are the Son of Elohim, command that these stones become bread.”
Therefore, since we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, יהושע the Son of Elohim, let us hold fast our confession.
For this Malkitseḏeq, sovereign of Shalĕm, priest of the Most High Elohim, who met Aḇraham returning from the slaughter of the sovereigns and blessed him,
for He does witness, “You are a priest forever according to the order of Malkitseḏeq.”
to whom also Aḇraham gave a tenth part of all, his name being translated, indeed, first, ‘sovereign of righteousness,’ and then also sovereign of Shalĕm, that is, ‘sovereign of peace,’
however, the one whose genealogy is not derived from them received tithes from Aḇraham, and blessed the one who held the promises.
