And he made the house of high places, and made priests from all sorts of people, who were not of the sons of Lĕwi.


And he cried out against the slaughter-place by the word of יהוה, and said, “O slaughter-place, slaughter-place! Thus said יהוה, ‘See, a son is to be born to the house of Dawiḏ, Yoshiyahu is his name. And He has sent lions among them, and see, they are slaying among them because they do not know the right-ruling of the Elohim of the land.”


And one of the priests whom they had exiled from Shomeron came and dwelt in Bĕyth Ěl, and taught them how to fear יהוה.
