I say to the Lord, Thou art my God; give ear to the voice of my supplications, O Lord!


Hear a just cause, O Lord; attend to my cry! Give ear to my prayer from lips free of deceit!


In thee, O Lord, do I seek refuge; let me never be put to shame; in thy righteousness deliver me!


In thy righteousness deliver me and rescue me; incline thy ear to me, and save me!


O Lord, according to all thy righteous acts, let thy anger and thy wrath turn away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy hill; because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people have become a byword among all who are round about us.
